Review of Disputes

12.1. Founders will make every effort to ensure that resolve all controversies and disputes arising

under this Agreement, in connection with or as a result of his performance, through negotiations.

12.2. Disputes and disagreements that can not be resolved by negotiation shall be settled in court

or otherwise, the procedure established by law.
