Employees of GEK CJSC regularly take part in scientific and technical conferences, workshops, exhibitions such as "Water Supply Engineering. New Development and Technology", "Congress of Russian Power Engineers", exhibitions at the All-Russia Exhibition Center, etc.
They regularly take training under the program for compliance with requirements of the quality management system as related to provision of services in construction and custom manufacture of metalware, machinery and equipment pursuant to GOST R ISO 9001-2001.

Employees of GEK CJSC take practical and theoretical classes for advanced training pursuant to the requirements of Rostekhnadzor (by activities) at training courses of Energostroy SRO, Moscow. They pass all required exams and take training at an own specially fitted classroom.

Practical and theoretical lessons employees of JSC "hydropower company" is also undergoing training to improve the skills RTN (activities) for training courses SRO "Energostroy" Moscow. With the surrender of all the necessary examination requirements and are trained in their own specially obrudovannom classroom.
