Force Majeure

11.1. Founders are exempt from the partial or complete fulfillment of the obligations under

this Agreement if the failure was caused by force majeure arising after the conclusion of this

Agreement as a result of extraordinary events that the founder could not be foreseen or prevented

by reasonable measures. For reasons of force majeure are events that the founder can not

influence the occurrence and for which he is not responsible, such as earthquake, flood, fire, or

strike, government regulations or orders of public authorities.

11.2. Founder, referring to the force majeure, shall immediately inform the other founders of

the occurrence of such circumstances in writing, and at the request of other founders must be

submitted certifying document.

11.3. The founder, who can not because of force majeure to perform the obligations under this

Agreement will apply subject to the provisions of the Treaty every effort to ensure that as soon as

possible to compensate for the consequences of default.
