1 The Company may carry out any kind of activity that is not prohibited by the legislation of the

Russian Federation, including:

2 For the implementation of the activities subject to licensing, the Company obtained a license

in manner prescribed by law. If the terms of the license to engage in a certain activity is a

requirement for such activity as exceptional, the Company during the term of the license shall not

engage in other activities, with the exception of activities covered by the license and accompanying

them.
