The development strategy of JSC "hydropower company" is in stable moving forward with:

1. The increase in production capacity.
2. Increase in the number of employees.
3. Increase in contracts and agreements.
4. Strengthening and increasing the achieved positions in the fuel and energy complex of Russia. Especially in hydropower and petroleum industries.
5. The increase in the volume of work at the facilities of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.
6. Construction of production facilities in the Leningrad region.
7. The improvement of working conditions of workers and engineers.
8. Reduce the cost of manufactured products and construction works.
9. Improving the quality of products and construction works, as well as the whole of the company in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2001.
10. Increasing responsibility to productive work according to the requirements and standards of the CPO "Energostroy".
